Vincent Teti retired from the financial and investment business after a career that spanned more than 50 years, the first 27 of which were in New York, including the investment firm of Weiss, Peck & Greer, which he left as a partner in 1990 to form his own firm, Vetia, Inc. in Chatham, N.J. For over 22 years, Vetia served as an investment advisor to a prominent N.Y. law firm and wealthy private individual. Mr. Teti successfully launched and managed two investment partnerships. Vetia, Inc. was sold to another advisory firm in 2014.
Mr. Teti graduated from Yale in 1961 and has been very active with the University and his class since. He served as gift fund chair for his 25th and 50th reunions. He served on active duty as Ltjg in the U.S. Navy from 1961-1963. His board memberships include Delbarton School, St. Peter’s University and St. Anthony School. He was a former member of the chairman’s council at the New York Historical Society and served as a trustee of the Morris Museum.
Mr. Teti and his wife Katherine currently live in Morristown, N.J. and have three adult children, Steven, James and Cynthia.
